In 2010, Trinium Consultancy started in order to emphasise these three basic ingredients in projects that implement changes. We think it is important that in dynamic and quickly changing work environments, the human aspects will not be forgotten.
So you should focus on the human element in the equation. The necessary competitive spirit, working under pressure, can often provoke a tense situation, which may have a negative influence on the final result of the planned objective. My energy is concentrated to reach the highest feasible aim. My qualities of empathy, humour and passion would help to get the best out of people and to reach the focussed objectives.
Trinium Consultancy has a social commitment. Due to positive experience in the government sector, especially in the law enforcement and the social security sector we found we have a special empathy in this domain. Trinium Consultancy would be pleased to work in a similar field.
